Philodendron 'Thai Sunrise' is a recent named hybrid out of the Thai export nursery trade, sold under a marketing name rather than a formal cultivar registration, common for this class of Philodendron and part of why its exact parentage isn't published. Its draw is an aurea-style variegation running down the centre of each elongated leaf, shifting from bright lime to golden-yellow and framed by a stable deep-green margin, rather than the white sectors more familiar from Albo forms. It climbs like most Philodendron hybrids of this type and has been picked up quickly by UK, US, and Indonesian retailers over the past year or two, though (as with most trade-named Thai hybrids) retail stock has caught up with demand faster than genuinely wild-collected species ever do.
No wild native range, a designer hybrid developed in Thailand; exact parentage undisclosed, as is typical for named cultivars from the Thai export trade.

New leaves reverting to plain green
Cause: Low light or over-feeding, both of which favour chlorophyll-rich tissue over the yellow variegated sectors
Fix: Increase indirect light and prune back to the last strongly variegated node
Brown leaf tips
Cause: Low humidity or mineral buildup from tap water
Fix: Increase ambient humidity and switch to rainwater or filtered water
Yellowing lower leaves
Cause: Overwatering or compacted substrate
Fix: Let substrate dry further between waterings and check root health
