Red Spot Tricolor lives up to its name with arrow-shaped foliage splashed in dark green, mint green, and bubblegum pink across irregular sectors, a genuinely three-toned leaf rather than a simple two-colour variegation. The pink coloring tends to be strongest on newer growth and can soften with age, and like most Syngonium cultivars it changes leaf shape as it matures, moving from simple arrow-shaped juvenile leaves toward more deeply lobed mature foliage once it starts to climb.
Variegated mutation of Syngonium podophyllum.

Leggy, sparse growth
Cause: Insufficient light
Fix: Move to a brighter spot with indirect light; pinch growing tips to encourage bushier habit
Reversion to green on variegated forms
Cause: Low light causing the plant to favour chlorophyll-rich tissue
Fix: Increase light levels and prune reverted all-green stems to redirect energy to variegated growth
Spider mites
Cause: Dry indoor air, especially in winter
Fix: Increase humidity and wipe leaves down or treat with insecticidal soap at first sign of stippling
