Alocasia robusta, known as the Giant Bornean Elephant Ear, is a species endemic to the island of Borneo. It holds the record for producing the largest undivided leaves of any herbaceous plant in the world, with leaves occasionally reaching several meters in length in the wild. The leaves are peltate-sagittate, held strongly upright, with a chalky, glaucous, bluish-green matte surface, supported by very thick, fleshy green petioles.
Native to the tropical rainforest understories of Sarawak, Borneo.
